Badla Badla portrays the revenge that the protagonist wishes to take. Raghav challenges his enemy (who killed his family) and tells him that he is a changed man now.

He warns his enemy that he is close to his death. Raghav tells him that he has lost faith in god because of him. He considers the unholy as his companion and revenge has become his god now. Everything around him has changed, revenge is the only god that exists. 

WORD – Rooh-e-Raqeeb – Soul of the Enemy. Badla- Means Revenge as well as Change. The lyricist describes how Raghav’s God has transformed into a feeling – Revenge. Kafir – Unholy.

An enraged Raghav tells his nemesis that a rough heart like his does not deserve to survive. He explains that in the afterlife there is far more peace and relief. His soul is now close to death. Raghav now considers the unholy as his companion.
